Here's our little Alien

I went to the Dr. yesterday due to my paranoia (everything was fine) and we were able to get another ultrasound. I thought they would just make sure that the baby was still alive, but the Dr. actually took a lot of measurements while he was looking at her. He even got a good shot to try and see the gender, but it was still a little early. From what I saw it looked like a girl, hence why I used her.

The night before I had a very vivid dream that I had given birth on January 5, 2007 to a healthy baby boy. I woke up and thought it had been real and was looking around for the baby, that's how vivid it was. Then I realized that it really could come true since my due date is Jan. 9 so that would just be 4 days before.

So back to the Dr.'s office. After he took all the measurements he said that he was going to go ahead and change my due date to January 5. It was really weird, and luckily I had told Quest about the dream before this happened so we were both a little freaked out.

The ultrasound was so clear that even at 13 weeks you could see individual fingers and toes. I think she was waving at us in this picture because her hands are a little blury.
