As most of our blog readers already know, Shannon will be getting a sibling later this year. We had our first ultrasound this morning and everything is measuring right on track (and there was only one!) The heart rate was a healthy 176, so according to all the old wives tales Shannon will be getting a little sister. Our estimated due date is September 3, but it will be a scheduled c-section the last week of August.

I personally like the 3rd of September. I think that it would be a great birthday for the little tyke!
