Shannon at 18 months

Yes I know our blog is badly in need of updating. When I finally put the pictures from the camera on our computer today I realized that I had almost a month of pictures on there. So some of the pictures are almost a month old, but hey they are all new to you, right? My plan is to have a new post every couple of days so we can keep everyone on their toes.

These pictures are from July 11 when Shannon turned 18 months old. We had been taking a picture of her in the corner of our couch on the 11th of every month until she had her 1st birthday. It was pretty easy at first to just prop her up and try to get her to smile. As she got older and more mobile the sessions took longer and longer and it became very difficult to even get one decent shot. The pictures from this session are no exception. I think we'll have to hold off on these until she's 2 now.

And I think this one is the winner as far as the best picture in the bunch goes. And she's not even really looking at the camera, oh well.

Callie hasn't made the blog in a while, so here's some pictures of her. She doesn't seem to like our baby gates. She has jumped over them on occasion, but most of the time she's just too lazy and sits there and meows to be let in or out. Are we the only ones that have a cat that got more annoying after having kids?
